A global Project
OM School is the international football education program of Olympique de Marseille. Open to every child, from 5 to 16 years old, it offers high quality football training, aligned with the methodology developed at the OM Academy in Marseille.
Youth player training is a major pillar in the club's sporting project. The OM School program aims to extend this focus across the world, aiming to offer optimal training to all young players who strive to achieve it. The club also wants to export values ​​that are dear to it: respect, sharing, passion, fighting spirit. Beyond the sporting vision, OM wishes above all to train human beings, and complete the education of these children to prepare them for an active life.
"The program recently initiated by the club is a great initiative by its willingness to move the values and methodology of the club beyond the borders of France. Our wish is to consolidate our presence in the world, starting with Africa, land of football. We work on two axis, the social (sharing, caring, friendship, happiness, the value of work) and the sporting: to give perspectives to realize the most beautiful dream of young people, by emphasizing on excellence and top effort. Finally, the program gives the possibility for the best players to have an open door to Olympique de Marseille".
Compliance with the OM methodology and philosophy is guaranteed by a dedicated Technical Director in each centre. With the help of the OM Academy, a complete annual program is developed and delivered 3 times a week by qualified coaches. State-of-the-art infrastructure and material ensure an ideal training environment for every child, who benefits from the exclusive PUMA x OM school equipment.
