Jonathan Rowe is Phocean
Born in London on April 30, 2003, Jonathan Rowe began his training with Norwich City FC in the east of England. A versatile, athletic and explosive winger, the Londoner put his skills to good use in the Yellows academy teams. At the age of 18, the right- hander signed his first professional contract with his parent club in October 2021. That same year, Jonathan Rowe caught the eye of the Yellows staff, scoring 9 goals and providing 5 assists in 15 appearances for the reserve team. The lively, hard-hitting winger made his professional debut against Premier League side Crystal Palace in the winter of 2021.
After a series of convincing performances, he continued to progress with the first team until the 2023/24 season, when the English winger really came into his own. In 38 games for the Canaries, the striker, who can play on either flank or in the middle, scored 13 goals and provided 4 assists last term.
These outstanding performances attracted the attention of the English Football Association: Jonathan Rowe was called up for the first time with the Young Lions and even scored his first goal on his debut with the England U23s in October 2023.
