Kick-off for the OM amputee football team

On Sunday 19 January, OM and Treizième Homme officially launched their amputee football team, a first for a McDonald's Ligue 1 club.
After witnessing the victory of our women's team at the OM Campus, the players took to the pitch for their first training session. They also received their equipment in the presence of the team's godfather, former Olympian Romain Alessandrini.
The day continued at the Orange Vélodrome, where the players were presented with their shirts by President Pablo Longoria and sports and institutional advisor Fabrizio Ravanelli, before being honoured on the giant screens before kick-off of the OM-RC Strasbourg match.
